Who We Are The Tennessee River Fine Arts League, also known as TRFAL, was founded in Paris, Tennessee in June, 2005. We are a not-for-profit, volunteer based organization sponsored by our membership and dedicated to encouraging artists and promoting visual arts in Paris, Tennessee, Henry County and the surrounding area.
We provide artists a place to gather and network in order to develop their skills and an opportunity to exhibit and sell their work.
